Welcome to the "UnLOC" Website. This website is created and maintained for the sole purpose of keeping those who own property in Cambria California informed. 

UnLOC's goal is the creation of a Water Master Plan for Cambria that includes:

• Lot retirement with protections for the rights of all property owners in the district.
• Reliable public services for the entire community.
• A growth cap to ensure that the charm and quality of life that Cambrians now enjoy are maintained forever.
